IATC TRAINING COURSES : Registration / Enrollment and Course Fees

• A non-refundable/ transferable Registration Fee of Rs.500/- by Demand Draft  in favour of " Industrial Automation Training Centre" payable at ' Panchkula'. Registration can also be done by depositing the fee in cash, at the Centre's accounts office, between 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on working days [except Sundays and other notified holidays]

The enrolment form , duly filled in, must be accompanied by :

• Full Course Fees , as prescribed for the specific course must be paid in lump sum by cash or Demand Draft  in favour of "Industrial Automation Training Centre" payable at 'Panchkula' before the commencement of the course. The application for enrolment must be in the prescribed enrolment form, which may be downloaded from the Centre's website
  
  
• Special Concession of Course Fee  is allowed for women, disadvantaged persons /persons with disability and those belonging to SC/ST , provided proper certificate testifying the above is furnished with the application for enrolment. For details, the Director of the Centre may be contacted.
  
  
• Attested copies of Degree/ Diploma, work experience in fulfillment of eligibility criteria must accompany the enrollment form (attestation by a Gazetted officer, or the head of an institute / organization is acceptable)

• Two stamp size photographs with name of the candidate written on the back, should accompany the registration form.

Note 1: Please read the registration / enrollment form carefully and comply with accordingly, leaving no column blank. Incomplete application or application not accompanied with the registration fees and course fees or the required documents duly attested is liable to be rejected forthwith.

Note 2: In case application has to be rejected because the candidate does not posses the prescribed qualifications/ experience etc., the amount deposited towards the course fees only shall be refunded through a Demand Draft.

Note 3: No refund of course fees will be considered in case(s) of request for withdrawl, once the application is accepted for admission .
